Service Education offers a shared Director of ICT service to a range of education organisations, in particular, Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs). One of the roles of MATs is to identify and deliver economic and operational benefits that arise as a result of aggregation. MATs of up to around 20 academies rarely need a full-time Director of ICT. A more efficient and effective approach is to use a shared Director of ICT who provides high quality and timely advice to co-develop, implement and sustain your ICT strategy.
